Submissions of articles, photographs or advertisements are welcome to . All photographs should be sent at original camera resolution (a minimum of 6 megapixels - 3000 x 2000 pixels). Lower resolution images cannot be used. Other artwork should be sent in EPS or TIFF format, CMYK colour mode and 300dpi.
Circulation: 28,000 copies distributed through 31 parishes, 44 schools and 16 Ethnic Chaplaincies in the Shoalhaven, Macarthur, Illawarra and Southern Highlands of NSW.
